Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@pominie.com and include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide the return instructions and address.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation request can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
