Returning Your Order
- You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return, please contact us at support@pominie.com.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
- Returns received after the 14-day period or that do not meet the return conditions cannot be accepted.
- This policy is subject to our Terms of Service.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Customer Support
Email support@pominie.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Follow Our Instructions
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive detailed return instructions.
3. Prepare Your Package
Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
No return fees are charged.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at support@pominie.com.
Our team will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pominie.com.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Issues With Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@pominie.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or correction as appropriate.
