Return & Refund Policy
REGULAR PRICE ITEMS
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Pominie e-gift card, provided the returned product complies with our return policy. To initiate a return, you can use the "Make Return" button on our website. Upon using the portal, a return label will be generated for your convenience. Alternatively, you can still contact us via email at info@pominie.com.
- Initial shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered, and all original tags must still be attached.
For purchases made between November and December, we extend the return process to 60 days, recognizing that customers are often engaged in Christmas shopping during this period.
Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once received by our distribution center. Pominie is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit, so retain your proof of shipment and/or tracking number.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Sale and promotional items are final sales and cannot be returned for store credit.

Once your order is placed, no changes can be made. If you need assistance, please contact us by email at info@pominie.com.
PRE-SALE ITEMS
Pre-sale items cannot be canceled.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our customer service at info@pominie.com. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your purchase following our return policy and repurchase any desired item on our site.
RETURN TO SENDER OR REFUSED PACKAGES
To ensure successful delivery, check your address for accuracy, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all the necessary information. The use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers is essential to guarantee delivery.
Use our "Make Return" button or contact us for assistance. Pominie will attempt to validate shipping addresses for returned packages. A shipping fee will be charged for the second attempt. Unreachable customers will receive a store credit in the form of a Pominie e-gift card, less initial shipping charges.
We disclaim responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided during purchase.
