What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. To begin a return, please contact info@pominie.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely in USD.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. Once the order is in processing or has been shipped, modifications may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Total delivery time is usually 8–12 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping time: 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Does free shipping remove additional fees?

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on all orders shipped to the United States. Any applicable fees or taxes are calculated at checkout. There are no extra shipping fees added separately.
