Do you accept returns?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy page.
Do you accept exchanges?
It depends on the product. please reach out at info@pominie.com, so we can work with your to resolve the exchange matter.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
From where do you ship?
Orders may ship from our QC location or from partner warehouses outside Canada depending on stock. In Either way we are responsible for customs duties if they are to occur.
What is your Shipping Time?
Processing time is usually 2-3 days and shipping time 6-9 days.
How do promo codes work?
Promo codes must be entered at checkout. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively to completed purchases.
Why do item sizes sometimes differ slightly?
Due to manufacturing processes and fabric variations, there may be a measurement difference of 1–3 cm. We continuously refine our sizing based on customer feedback. Please check our Size Chart before placing your order.
